In return for my right to participate in Greyhound America at The Greyhound Hall of Fame, or the right of my spouse and family members to participate in the Greyhound America at The Greyhound Hall of Fame, I hereby , for myself, for my children as their legal guardian, my heirs, executors and administrators, waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages arising from this event which I, my children, my heirs, executors and administrators, may have against MoKan Greyhound Adoption, The Greyhound Hall of Fame, The National Greyhound Association, The Ward Farm, any sponsors of this event and any volunteers, employees, or agents, and any individuals associated with the event. I understand that, without limitation, I am releasing claims arising from the maintenance, control or inspection of The Greyhound Hall of Fame, The National Greyhound Association, The Ward Farm and the event area, control of the participants, spectators and dogs involved with the event, management and conduct of the event itself, and all other conditions associated or involved with this event, before, during or after the event. I also understand that I am specifically releasing the following general types of claims, without limitation; claims for personal injury to myself or spouse, injury to my dog and damage to any personal property. I declare that both my dog and I are in proper physical condition to participate in this event, that my dog has all current vaccinations as required by law and that my participation is undertaken at my own risk. I also consent to the use of my photograph or likeness from this event for any legitimate purpose.
